I’ve moved house… I’ve lost the instructions for assembling my furniture?
Not to worry: simply send us an e-mail at contact@gautier.fr, stating the collection and the item of furniture that you’ve lost the instructions for.
I’ve moved house… I’ve broken an item, what should I do?
Go to your usual dealer or the one nearest where you live. He will take the necessary action with our after-sale service.
What guarantee applies to GAUTIER products?
To claim under guarantee, you should in all cases, contact your distributor.
Our collections are covered by a contractual guarantee of 5 years (3 years for the GAUTIER OFFICE brand).
The guarantee covers the repair of items or furniture found to be defective. This can mean exchanging it for a similar product, excluding any labour costs for dismantling or reassembling it. Delivery is free to the distributor, but other services or any payment of damages are excluded.
